Return & Refund Policy

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, please contact us at czhao0973@gmail.com before sending your item back.

U.S. Orders
U.S. customers can return eligible items to our local U.S. return facility. The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

International Orders
Customers outside the United States must return items to the original shipping location. Return instructions and the correct address will be provided after approval.

Please do not send returns without prior authorization.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will assist you.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

For EU customers, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies where required by law.
